🌿 WHY WE CREATED THIS BRAND ACTIVATION
At Dragon Team, we believe that you can only understand Ha Giang when you truly experience it.
That’s why we launched our Brand Activation campaign – “One-Day Free Experience” – allowing travelers to feel the real Ha Giang: its winding mountain roads, untouched villages, and the local stories told by our English-speaking guide.
The goal is not simple promotion. It’s to activate and raise brand awareness for Dragon Team through real experiences, real emotions, and genuine sharing from our guests.
🎁 WHAT DOES “FREE” REALLY MEAN ?
“Free” doesn’t mean zero cost for everything.
We cover all organization fees and provide an English-speaking guide for free, but you’ll pay your own basic personal costs – to keep it fair and flexible.
Specifically:
✅ Free:
- Organization of the 1-day experience.
- English-speaking guide throughout the journey.
💰 You pay for:
- Lunch: Enjoy a local restaurant and order what you like.
- Motorbike and driver (if needed):
- Semi-automatic motorbike 110CC: 180,000 VND / day (if you drive yourself).
- Local driver: 400,000 VND / day (if you prefer to ride with a driver).
- Fuel: 70,000 VND / day (applies to both options).
- Accommodation before the experience: You can stay anywhere you like, or book at Dragon’Home Homestay for 110,000 VND / dorm bed including breakfast, just a few steps away from our meeting point.
🤝 CONDITIONS TO JOIN
To join this Brand Activation experience, you just need to agree to 3 simple conditions — a fair exchange for a meaningful adventure:
- Leave a 5-star Google review after the trip.
- Share your experience with your friends to help more people discover Ha Giang.
- Book at least one bus ticket (to or from Ha Giang) with Dragon Team.
(You’d need a bus ticket anyway – just book it with us!)

💵 BOOKING DEPOSIT
To confirm your spot, we ask for a deposit of 110,000 VND (around 4 USD).
This amount will be refunded or deducted as follows:
- If you stay at Dragon’Home → Deducted from your room price.
- If you rent a motorbike or driver from Dragon Team → Deducted from that cost.
- If you arrange everything yourself → Fully refunded in cash on the day of your experience.

Because this Brand Activation is a real experience and we also film it for our travel projects, we accept up to 6 guests per day only.
